Incident Response Manager

Managing the Incident Response department, maintaining client relationships, and participating in pre-sales activities
Responding with urgency to arising IR needs, assembling the team, managing internal human resource allocation
Assessing client needs, understanding business and technical challenges, and developing and delivering tailored solutions with the team
Performing project management and people management tasks within the department and the team
Handling administrative tasks related to projects and team operations
Collaborating with other professional and support departments
Continuously monitoring industry trends, new technologies, regulatory changes, and challenges
Managing and developing long-term client relationships
Working closely with leadership on internal company matters
Participating in professional events and client-related deliveries both domestically and internationally

Have at least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in IR
Hold a higher education degree, preferably in a relevant field
Have experience or affinity for people management / team leadership
Are confident in decision-making and negotiation situations and handle high-stress situations well
Can understand complex professional topics and translate them into delivery projects, with strong project management skills
Have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Possess a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach
Work effectively both as part of a team and as a leader
