System Administrator

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Ensuring the stable and secure operation and development of the company’s internal IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:

  • Operating, configuring, and managing employee laptops and workstations
  • Administering and continuously improving our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Managing users and permissions (Entra ID)
  • Operating endpoint management solutions (e.g., Intune, MDM)
  • Supporting and troubleshooting basic network infrastructure (switches, WiFi, VPN, firewalls)
  • Providing internal IT support to employees
  • Supporting the introduction of new tools and systems, and identifying automation opportunities
  • Ensuring secure IT operations in line with company security principles
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for infrastructure and processes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in system administration or IT operations
  • Experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint management solutions
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing fundamentals)
  • Experience in user and access management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional-level English skills, both written and spoken
  • Documentation mindset and system-level thinking
  • Openness to learning new technologies and automation solutions
Nice to have
  • Experience with Intune / MDM / endpoint management systems
  • Experience operating Azure infrastructure or cloud environments
  • Knowledge of Power Automate or other automation tools
  • Experience with IT security tools or security controls
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, or M365)
