White Hat IT Security today announced its participation in the Microsoft Copilot for Security Partner Private Preview. White Hat IT Security was selected based on their proven experience with Microsoft Security technologies, willingness to explore and provide feedback on cutting edge functionality, and close relationship with Microsoft.
“In the context of security, AI’s impact is likely to be profound, tilting the scales in favor of defenders and empowering organizations to defend at machine speed. At Microsoft, we are privileged to have a leading role in advancing AI innovation, and we are so grateful to our incredible ecosystem of partners, whose mission-driven work is critical to helping customers secure their organizations and confidently bring the many benefits of AI into their environments.” said Vasu Jakkal, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Security.
White Hat IT Security is working with Microsoft product teams to help shape Copilot for Security product development in several ways, including validation and refinement of new and upcoming scenarios, providing feedback on product development and operations to be incorporated into future product releases, and validation and feedback of APIs to assist with Copilot for Security extensibility.
“We are honored and excited to have been selected to work with Microsoft on Copilot for Security in this early a phase. There is no denying that generative AI will significantly affect our lives in the upcoming years. As managed security service providers fluent in Microsoft security products, our professional interest in Copilot for Security came naturally. We have already experienced its potential in several fields; how Embedded Experience will assist in daily security operations, the Plugin framework, the use of global threat intelligence in the responses, and the list goes on.
In the Partner Private Preview program, our goal is to give as much valuable feedback as we can to the product teams, while getting to know the already vast existing and future capabilities and features of Copilot for Security. Our contribution is not only to improve Copilot for Security as a standalone product, but as part of a managed security service as well.” claimed János Pallagi, Defensive Lead of White Hat IT Security.
